Each has required not only a stunning design befitting a client of such status, but also an intelligent back-office system capable of managing every detail of information supplied by visitors to the event.
Our systems take the complexity out of the equation, by automating many tasks such as confirmation emails, hotel bookings and invoicing. The design may be impressive, but the real value for the Jaguar Event Team is time. More time to do what they do best – manage the event.
Our interface designers combined stunning photography and concise copywriting to produce one of our favourite designs of 2009.
At the back end, is a full-featured event registration admin system, which enables the Siemens Event Team to view delegate details, which options they have chosen (hotel, diet, additional meetings etc.) and produce on-screen and spreadsheet reports in real time. To make registration simpler for customers, all their details were pre-registered, enabling them to register with just a few clicks, and even by text message.
A cool and on-brand design coupled with an industry-leading back-office admin system made the Halfords project another winner. No small feat when the Summer Roadshow consists of multiple events, dozens of breakout sessions and thousands of members of staff.

An Intranet / Internet based system which not only allows employees to take an online Health & Safety Training course, but also tests comprehension and provides an organised audit trail.
